Cellenza, a simplified joint stock company registered on the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under the number 529 602 161 with its registered office at 156 boulevard Haussmann, France, acts as the data controller for the processing operations outlined in this Policy.

Personal data means any information concerning an identified individual or one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to that person (hereinafter the “Personal Data”).

Cellenza undertakes to process requests to assert these rights within a maximum of one (1) month from receipt. This period may be extended to two (2) months, depending on the complexity and volume of requests.
