Introduction

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) is to inform you about how Cellenza processes your personal data via the cellenza.com website and its sub-domains (https://blog.cellenza.com, https://training.cellenza.com, https://click.cellenza.com, https://carrieres.cellenza.com) (hereinafter the “Website”) in compliance with the personal data protection regulations pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, also known as the French Data Protection Act, and EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection, or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (hereinafter the “Personal Data Regulations”).

1.Who is the data controller?

Cellenza, a simplified joint stock company registered on the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under the number 529 602 161 with its registered office at 156 boulevard Haussmann, France, acts as the data controller for the processing operations outlined in this Policy.

2. What is personal data?

Personal data means any information concerning an identified individual or one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to that person (hereinafter the “Personal Data”).

Access to the Website does not require the provision of Personal Data. However, you may be required to disclose Personal Data while using the Website or completing forms (contact, recruitment. etc.).

The following Personal Data is collected and processed:

  • Identification data: first and last name, email address, phone number;
  • Professional information: company name, business sector, work phone number, job title;
  • Data relating to the processing of requests;  
  • Job application data: CV, LinkedIn profile link;
  • Connection data: IP addresses, browsing data.

Where the collection of Personal Data is necessary for processing, you undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date, and valid personal identification data. An asterisk denotes whether the information requested is mandatory or optional at the time of collection.

3. Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

The Personal Data you provide on the Website is intended for:

  • Cellenza’s internal departments and, more specifically, the heads of marketing, sales, human resources, customer relations, administration, logistics, and IT, depending on the purpose of the processing, and
  • the internal departments of Cellenza’s subsidiaries, where they are involved in the Personal Data processing,
  • Cellenza’s subcontractors and service providers responsible for hosting and managing the Website, where applicable.

5. Will your Personal Data be transferred outside of the European Union?

In this scenario, Cellenza will ensure that your Personal Data is transferred to countries that provide an adequate level of protection, either because they comply with the Personal Data Regulations or because they are recognized as adequate by the European Union.

If your Personal Data is transferred to countries that do not offer a level of protection equivalent to that required within the European Union, Cellenza undertakes to provide a framework for this transfer by signing the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission. 

6. How long will your Personal Data be kept?

Cellenza will only keep your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was processed or until any relevant statute of limitations has expired:

Cellenza undertakes to collect and process your Personal Data in a manner that is:

  • within the precise scope of the purposes pursued and for the time required to carry out the processing.

Cellenza undertakes to take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data processed, to ensure its security and confidentiality, and to limit the risk of data breaches.

8. What are your rights?

  • A right of access that allows you to question Cellenza to obtain:
    • confirmation that your Personal Data is or is no longer being processed;
    • disclosure, in an accessible form, of the Personal Data held about you, the purposes of the processing, and the recipients to whom your Personal Data has been disclosed.
  • A right of rectification that allows you to ask Cellenza to rectify, complete, or update your Personal Data as soon as possible if the data is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • A right of restriction that allows you to ask Cellenza to restrict the processing of your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, if its processing is unlawful, or if you object to its processing.
  • A right of objection that allows you, at your discretion and without incurring any costs, to object to the processing of your Personal Data by Cellenza for any purpose whatsoever.
  • A right to erasure that allows you to ask Cellenza to delete your Personal Data as soon as possible when it is no longer necessary for the processing when you withdraw your consent on which the processing was based, in the event of unlawful processing of your data, or after you have objected to the processing of your Personal Data.
  • A right to portability that allows you to retrieve your Personal Data from Cellenza in a machine-readable format for your own use or to provide to another organization.
  • A right to provide Cellenza with instructions regarding the retention, erasure, and disclosure of your Personal Data after your death.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, please submit your request by email to the Cellenza Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the following address: contact-gdpr@cellenza.com. Cellenza undertakes to process requests to assert these rights within a maximum of one (1) month from receipt. This period may be extended to two (2) months, depending on the complexity and volume of requests.
